Hi Henk,
I like your entries for Action & Movement but this particular image seems a bit too static for the category. You might consider re-doing this type subject and impart more of a sense of movement by perhaps panning or using a slow-ish shutter speed to allow the rider to blur somewhat. It might make for a stronger entry. Your other images in this category definitely show movement.

Hi...it's a great shot...but it sugests peace and stillness...! I think it was better don't cut the wheel, and to rub out in post processing the object in front of the wheel. I like Your shot....voted!
