Hand to Hand
In a small Mexican town in Puerto Vallarta. A man got a splinter in his hand, he spoke only dutch, while an elderly Mexican woman who spoke only Spanish pulled it out using a one would guess, passed down technique. It was cool to see communication and compassion used without words.
