Brother, can you spare a dime?
Whilst on holiday in Paris, walking along the Champs Elysees I noticed this woman. She was kneeled, her head bowed with a cup to collect donations on the pavement. I took the image as I could see the juxtaposition of wealth and poverty present in so many urban centres worldwide.

They say that the homeless are the faceless masses.... Here the passers-by look like the faceless masses too... great photo really captures the city rat-race. Good Luck.

I live on a pension in Australia. If I were to have to beg on the streets would be devasting. The 'honour' the photogprapher showed this lady begging is a world wide symbol that we should all be devastated by the poverty poor and do all we can to help. It is not just a Third World problem - poverty poor is a World Wide problem - bugger the space ships!!!
